Q. I want to mail in my payment. How do I do that?

A. Please place an order at www.911healthshop.com. Instead of using a credit card, choose "Mailing Payment" as your method of payment. Visa will be the default choice so click on the little arrow beside Visa and a drop down box will appear where you choose "Mailing Payment". Enter your information into our order form and submit the order to us.  Print your confirmation and check your email. You will be receiving an email with further details for sending us your payment, including our mailing address.  Keep in mind that we do not accept personal checks or cash through mail. Please only send a money order or certified check.

If you should have any questions about your order or any customer service related question, please submit a ticket. Please do not post your question where it asks to "Add a Comment." Comments are purely optional and are related to the article content itself. Any customer service questions submitted via "Add a Comment" link will not be answered.
